SoundQuest Station is a stigma-free educational and wellness platform designed to provide youth empowerment programming, skill-building courses, career exploration, music, STEM, sports, creative media, and preventive wellness content. It is a non-clinical platform and functions as an accessible, positive entry point for personal development.
2. What SoundQuest Station Is NOT
- NOT a clinical device β SoundQuest Station has not been reviewed or approved by the FDA or any regulatory body as a medical device.
- NOT a telehealth application β No therapy, psychiatric care, or clinical treatment is delivered through this Platform.
- NOT HIPAA-encrypted β Communications, posts, and data on this Platform are not protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
- NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment β Content is educational and preventive, not therapeutic or diagnostic.
- NOT a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.
3. What Information You Should Never Share Here
- Mental health diagnoses (e.g., depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder)
- Prescription medication names or dosages
- Medical records or clinical notes
- Insurance member IDs, policy numbers, or EOB information
- Social Security numbers
- Details of current clinical treatment or therapy sessions
- Any information you would consider sensitive health data
